  • Adults Intro week

    Ae you interested in starting to train boxing at Bergen boxing. You don’t have to be great to get started.

    We can offer you a trial week in the beginners group.

    Contact us for more information before we look to book you in. Its 100kr for a trail week and we can loan you gloves for that week.

  • Adults

    Our Adult boxing program will get you fit and give you a very good understanding of boxing as a sport. This group is suitable for 14 years upwards (for people at all levels). Regular training twice a week. We also recommend you book an occasional P.T session.

  • Juniors

    Our positive training sessions for kids with a set training program to build confidence, increase coordination, learn a high level of boxing skills and import for their future we teach them leadership skills. Remember boxing is a self defence.

  • One to one training

    Would prefer not to do it in a group environment, then we offer Boxing 1 to 1 personal training. Many choose this option.

    Lee Harris is not a fitness coach. Lee boxed 44 times and has been a fully qualified boxing coach since 2001. Lee has trained with world class boxers.
